Driver Hire Newark is recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Night Drivers for a reliable and well-established client based in Tuxford. This is a great opportunity for drivers who prefer night trunking work with minimal hassle and consistent weekday hours.
PAY & SHIFTS
- £17.50 per hour (assignment rates)
- Daily overtime paid after 10.5 hours
- Average shifts: 10–12 hours
- Monday to Friday
- 19:30 (7:30pm) starts
- No weekends!
THE ROLE
- Night trunking work
- Collecting deliveries and returning to the depot
- Loads are forklifted off on return
- No multidrop, no manual unloading
- Straightforward, well-organised operation
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Category C (Class 2) licence
- Minimum 2 years Class 2 driving experience
- In-date CPC & Digital Tacho Card
- Right to work in the UK
