The Role

Driver Hire Norwich is recruiting for HGV Class 1 Night Trunk Drivers to support our clients across Norfolk. This role is ideal for drivers who prefer working overnight trunking routes, typically involving long-distance deliveries with minimal manual handling. Night shifts only – consistent work available Monday to Friday, with optional weekend shifts. This is ongoing temporary work with potential for temp-to-perm placements.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operating Class 1 vehicles on trunking routes during night hours
  • Ensuring safe and timely deliveries

Requirements

  • Full UK HGV Class 1 Licence
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card
  • Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience preferred
  • No more than 6 points on licence (no CD, IN, DD or DR codes)
  • Strong understanding of Driving Hours and WTR regulations
