Overview

I am currently working with a client in Norwich to fill a Class 2 vacancy replacing a member of their team who is retiring after nearly 40 years service! This is a unique opportunity to work with a company who truly value all the hard work their drivers put in! The company focuses on delivering food products to a variety of commercial customers in the local area.

The Role

  • Position: Class 2 (Category C) Driver
  • Pay: £35,000 to £38,000
  • Hours: Average 8-hour working day
  • Start Time: 4am or just before depending on route.
  • Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (operating on a Saturday rota basis)
  • Saturday Bonus: No overnight or on-call working

Requirements for the Role

  • Licences & Certifications: Class 2 Licence (Category C), Driver's Qualification Card (CPC), Digital Tachograph Card
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year's Class 2 driving experience (preferred). Experience with refrigerated vehicles, tachographs, tail-lifts, and pallet trucks advantageous - full training provided.
