The Role
Driver Hire Great Yarmouth & Lowestoft is recruiting a Class 1 HGV Driver for a temp to perm position specialising in live bird transportation. This role offers the opportunity to move into a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.
You’ll be responsible for safe, compliant, and efficient transportation of live birds while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and biosecurity.

Requirements
- Full UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Live Bird Transportation Certificate – preferred but training would be considered
- Valid CPC & Digital Tacho Card
- Minimum 12 months’ Class 1 experience preferred
- Maximum 6 points (no CD, IN, DD or DR endorsements)
- Strong knowledge of Driving Hours Regulations & WTR
