We are looking for a Service & Support Administrator on behalf of an established client near Dereham. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being organised, working with customers and colleagues, and juggling multiple priorities throughout the day. This is a newly created role due to continued business growth. You'll work closely alongside an experienced team member who will provide support, guidance and training as you settle into the position.
The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers and engineers, helping to ensure that customer requests are dealt with efficiently and that the service operation runs smoothly.
The Role
- Handling customer requests and enquiries by phone, email and other channels
- Answering incoming telephone calls and providing a friendly, professional service
- Coordinating with engineers to schedule and support customer requirements
- Raising and processing customer invoices
- Ordering hardware, equipment and other stock as required
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring required items are available
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
- Taking on some basic accounts responsibilities, including assisting with day-to-day financial administration
About You
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, along with excellent attention to detail and a well-organised approach to your work.
