You will play a vital role in all areas of recruitment from resourcing to interviewing, filling bookings for existing clients, developing good working relationships with all of our candidates, making sales calls to prospect and sleeping clients, and creating adverts and marketing posts across multiple platforms. All whilst ensuring our reputation for delivering reliable and quality candidates is maintained, and ensuring the office stays compliant with our internal and industry standards.
