We are looking for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to join a busy transport team. You will be responsible for nationwide deliveries and collections, ensuring goods arrive safely, securely and on time.
Role Overview
- Safely load, secure and unload goods.
- Carry out multi-drop deliveries and collections across the UK.
- Check paperwork and ensure vehicle weight limits are not exceeded.
- Follow agreed delivery schedules and update on progress or delays.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety.
Looking For
- Full UK Class 2 HGV licence.
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience.
- Good knowledge of UK road network and commercial driving regulations.
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
- Positive, flexible approach with good communication skills.
Package
- 14.85ph (37,065.60pa) + overtime (x1.3 after 48 hours).
- Overnight allowance: 30 per night (2 nights per week on average).
- Contract: Permanent, full-time.
