The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships and play a key role in maintaining Driver Hire’s reputation for delivering reliable and quality drivers and maintaining compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify new prospect clients using a variety of methods including existing databases, territory mapping, social media, telephone calls and drop offs/visits.
- Effective account management of existing customers, building relationships to drive business growth.
- Negotiate terms of business, fees, and service agreements.
- Develop a pipeline of prospective clients and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
- Embrace technology to drive effective candidate recruitment face to face or remotely using digital registration tools and digital right to work checks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
