We are currently recruiting experienced and reliable Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join our busy operation.

If you're looking for regular work, modern equipment, and a straightforward driving role with minimal manual handling, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Driving Class 1 articulated vehicles with curtainsider trailers
  • Transporting palletised goods
  • Collection and delivery work primarily between the Midlands and the South Coast
  • Tramping throughout the week with regular overnight stays in the vehicle
  • Minimal handball involved, allowing you to focus on the job you do best
  • Start Times
  • Typical start times range between 05:00 and 08:00
  • Flexibility is required as start times may vary depending on operational requirements
  • Pay & Benefits
  • £17.00ph PAYE, £19.05ph PAYE Advanced (inc. holiday pay)
  • Minimum 8 hours paid per day
  • Weekly hours typically range from 45 to 55 hours
  • Flat rate pay structure with overtime rarely required
  • £26 night out allowance
  • Access to a SNAP parking account
  • Parking fees and toll charges reimbursed where necessary (receipts required)

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Good understanding of drivers' hours and Working Time Regulations
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude
