Shift Pattern & Pay: Mon – Sat (5 shifts out of 6 days on rota basis). 05:45 am start. Minimum 8‑hour shift, with some longer days if busy. First 8 hours: £12.71 per hour (PAYE) / £14.25 per hour (PAYE Advanced). OT after 8 hours: £14.00 per hour (PAYE) / £15.69 per hour (PAYE Advanced).
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery and installation of home appliances to customers’ homes (training on installation provided).
- Work on double‑manned routes with equipment supplied for lifting; candidates must be physically fit.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Complete approximately 10–25 drops per day.

- Previous Driver Mate experience or similar.
- Customer‑service oriented.
- Knowledge of manual handling techniques.
