Location: Northampton

Commutable from: Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering

Shift Pattern & Pay:

  • Friday - Tuesday (other shifts could be available but will include a Saturday or Sunday)
  • 06:00 am starts onwards
  • PAYE - £15.00ph
  • PAYE Adv (incl. holiday pay) - £16.81ph
  • Minimum 8-hour shift, some longer days if busy

Description of the Customer:

We're currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Hook Lift Driver to join a busy recycling centre in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated driver looking for long-term work with the potential of a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving a HGV Class 2 Hook lift/Roll on Roll off
  • Day shifts
  • No Handball
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and driving in a safe manner
  • Good understanding of driver rules and regulations

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Valid C licence (Class 2)
  • RoRo - Roll on/Roll off (Hook lift) experience
  • Valid Tachograph & CPC
  • No more than 6 Points or Major Offences
  • Minimum of 12 months Class 2 driving experience
