Full description of the role: We are looking for a dependable Van Driver to support our clients' ADR requirements across both UK and EU. The role involves the safe collection and transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous goods, ensuring full compliance with ADR regulations, environmental legislation, and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and transport customer products, including hazardous goods.
- Operate in full compliance with ADR, road traffic, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report defects promptly.
- Complete consignment notes and delivery documentation accurately.
- Follow planned routes and schedules while adapting to operational needs.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Be polite and professional.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.
Skills / qualifications:
- Full UK driving licence (Category B) + Driver card.
- Valid ADR certificate (Class 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9).
- Valid Passport.
- Experience driving vans up to 3.5T.
- Experience driving within EU an advantage.
- Good understanding of road safety and health & safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
