HGV 7.5T (Cat C1)
Driver Hire are currently recruiting for 7.5T drivers for our client based in the Raunds area of Northamptonshire.
You will be working in 2-man teams delivering and installing (once trained) white goods to customer homes,
You will conduct 10 – 25 drops per day, depending on route and products and will be provided with lifting equipment to assist with the delivery. The role is physically demanding and required manual handling.
Skills / qualifications
Valid C1 licence (7.5T)
Valid Tachograph & CPC
No more than 6 Points or Major Offences
Minimum of 12 months 7.5T driving experience
Shift pattern & Pay
Mon -Sat (5 shifts out of 6 days on rota basis)
05:45 am start
Minimum 8-hour shift, some longer days if busy
First 8 hours
£12.50 per hour (PAYE) / £14.01 per hour (PAYE Advanced)
OT after 8 hours
£14.50 per hour (PAYE) / £16.25 per hour (PAYE Advanced)
