Due to the continued increase in demand, we are looking for additional Cat C / LGV2 (Class 2) Drivers for our clients based around the North East on an adhoc basis. Areas covered are Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, County Durham and Northumberland.
We have a variety of HGV2 work available that includes local multi drop, trunk runs, tramping as well as specialized jobs that require skills such as HIAB. You will be dealing with customers face to face, so excellent customer service skills will be required.
Qualifications
- Category C (HGV2) entitlement on their licence
- Driver's CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- No major endorsements on their licence
- Experience is not essential for a number of roles so if you're newly qualified we want to hear from you.
Rates of pay start at £15.25 per hour depending on the contract with enhanced rates paid for overtime, nights and weekends (PAYE).
