Driver Hire Motherwell are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Tipper driver to work on a contract with one of our busy clients based throughout North Lanarkshire.
Responsibilities:
- Monday to Friday
- Clock in & out
- Driving a rigid tipper
- Using the weigh-in bridge at the beginning and end of shift
- Vehicle check sheets
- Dealing with building and construction sites
- Carrying out routes in a timely manner
- Deliveries throughout the central belt
- End of day duties including vehicle check sheets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Good customer service
- Good area knowledge
- A valid CPC card
- Digital tachograph card
- No more than 6 points on your licence (DD, DR or IN endorsements accepted due to insurance stipulations)
- Other restrictions may apply.
Pay and Benefits:
- £16.81 p/h paid via PAYE
- Advanced (holidays taken upfront)
- Pension contributions after qualifying period
- We offer PAYE with holiday accrual
