Responsibilities:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
- Managing and answering incoming and outgoing e‑mail
- Accurately inputting data into the unique database
- Dealing with weekly and monthly service reports
- Keeping an accurate record of data
- Handling supplier invoices and bookings
- Supporting administration duties for MOT and Service bookings including any breakdown escalations
- Regular interaction with the Transport Team, suppliers and management teams; dealing with finance, operations and HR as required
Qualifications:
- Customer focused

- Organised and have excellent time‑management skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Shows initiative and can complete tasks independently
- Previous experience working within transport and administrative experience
- Initial training will be provided
