Driver Hire London West is recruiting on behalf of one of the country’s leading removals businesses for an experienced and hard working delivery driver to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful applicant will have a C1 licence with previous proven driving experience in this vehicle as a 7.5t driver. A forklift licence is a bonus for this role if you have it, but it’s really not essential – what will really make you successful in this role will be your work ethic and friendly service skills.

Location: Wembley

Pay: £16.00 per hour + overnight allowance

Job Type: Full-time, Temp-Perm

Your day to day:

  • Driving C1 vehicle for removals and storage
  • Pack, wrap, load, and unload customer goods
  • Being part of – and helping to support and lead – a team to complete jobs efficiently
  • Travel across the UK (potential overnight stays)

What you’ll need to apply:

  • C1 Licence & CPC Certificate
  • Removals experience (preferred)
  • Ability to lift/unload goods and be happy to help the customers you’re supporting
  • FLT Licence (bonus but not essential)
