Driver Hire, the UK’s largest specialist transport and logistics recruitment company, have been engaged by our client to fulfil a permanent role in their rapidly expanding team. We are therefore currently seeking a professional HGV Class 2 IPAF Driver to take on their full-time role.
Most days it is multiple collections and deliveries so it can be quite a physical job. This role will be primarily focused on Plant and Access work on a 32T Beavertail vehicle, though there would be some crossover onto curtain-side work when required.
IPAF training and previous experience is an essential requirement for this role. The ideal candidate would be somebody who is quick to adopt new ideas and has excellent time management skills. The ability to communicate clearly and flourish as part of a team is also highly desirable. The candidate should have a proven track record in the use of GPS and routing software. Finally, the successful candidate will always perform in an efficient and courteous manner when working within the dedicated same day delivery industry.
