A leading wholesaler client is looking for a reliable Class 2 Driver to join their team from Tuesday to Saturday. They deliver drinks throughout South East England and you will be paired with a mate. This is a full-time position. Although initially temporary, it has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Job Specification:
- Tuesday to Saturday – start time between 6:00 am and 7:00 am.
- Minimum of 8 hours guaranteed, with the possibility of longer durations depending on operational needs.
- Driving an 18-tonne vehicle for deliveries.
- Between 10–15 deliveries per shift (dependent on distance).
- Working with a driver’s mate.
Requirements:
- Valid UK licence – Class 2 or higher (max 6 points).
- Current and valid CPC and Digi Tacho.
- Availability from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Access to own vehicle to commute to and from the workplace.
- Must reside within 10 miles of the site based in Horley.
Assignment rate of £19.00 ph (Umbrella). Temp to Perm opportunity for the correct candidate.
