Full-time Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £26,728.00 per annum (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 17:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break) / 40h per week
Location: Stalbridge, fully office based
Our Client, a family-run fuel and lubricant distribution business, is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join their team. You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 3 hours, on a rota basis – this will be paid at an overtime rate.
About the role:
- 1st line telephone response
- Answer the telephone to take fuel orders and raise tickets for fuel orders
- Process orders for Transport to deliver
- Take payments over the phone and process group orders
- Direct calls to the relevant departments
- Transfer tickets to other depots and cover for raising repeat order tickets
- Regular internal communication and covering other duties as and when required
About you:
- Experience in a similar role (desirable)
- Inbound telephone experience (desirable)
- Good administrative skills and IT literate
- Highly organised
- Awareness of data protection principles
- Willing to learn about the business and progress
- Able to work under pressure and to prioritise and manage own workload
