Driver Hire Stockport are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Hiab Driver to join our team and work for a variety of our clients across the SK Postcode. As the peak season approaches, our HIAB work gets extremely busy. We will be able to offer ongoing work throughout the summer months working Monday to Friday and with the possibility of weekend work.
Our HGV Class 2 Hiab Driver must have:
- A Digital Tachograph card
- CPC card
- HGV Category C licence (Class 2)
- Experience operating a HIAB Brick Grab attachment
Duties of this HGV Class 2 Hiab Driver will include:
- Driving the HGV vehicle responsibly while obeying all traffic laws.
- Carrying out the required daily vehicle checks to ensure legal compliance.
- Assisting with loading and unloading the vehicle when necessary.
- Good communication with Branch Managers on your daily progress.
PAY: PAID WEEKLY VIA PAYE. This rate of pay has holidays accrual included within the hourly rate; if you wish to accrue these separately then the rate will be £16.50ph & £21.00ph overtime. Saturday Rate will be £23.53ph with holidays upfront or £21.00ph.
