Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting an experienced Class 2 Tipper Driver for a temp to perm position with a well-established client. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent weekday work with full training provided.

The Role:

  • Operating Class 2 tipper vehicles
  • Delivering aggregate materials to construction sites and quarries
  • Working to scheduled delivery times and health & safety standards
  • Average shift length of 10 hours

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 6:45am starts
  • Weekly pay (PAYE or PAYE Advanced)
  • Minimum 8 hours paid per shift
  • Temp to Perm, with additional opportunities for reliable drivers
  • 2–3 days of full client training provided
  • CPC course and licence upgrade discounts for long-term drivers

Requirements:

  • Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • CPC and Digi Tacho Card
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Strong timekeeping and customer service skills
