Class 2 (Cat C) HGV Multi‑Drop Driver .

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and friendly team, delivering food and drink products to retail and catering customers across the local region.

  • The Class 2 (Cat C) Role
  • Monday to Friday
  • Start Time 05:00am
  • 38 hours per week
  • Multi‑drop deliveries to retail stores, convenience shops, and catering customers
  • Driving a modern 26‑tonne Class 2 vehicle
  • Long‑term opportunity with a respected and growing business
  • Your Responsibilities
  • Safely complete scheduled multi‑drop deliveries while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Carry out daily vehicle safety inspections and report any defects.
  • Load and unload deliveries using tail lifts and manual handling equipment where required.
  • Accurately complete delivery paperwork and electronic proof of delivery (POD).
  • Follow planned routes while complying with Drivers’ Hours, Working Time Directive, and tachograph regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of road safety, professionalism, and vehicle cleanliness.
  • Work closely with the transport and warehouse teams to ensure deliveries are completed efficiently and on time.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Good geographical knowledge and confident route planning skills.
  • Friendly, professional approach with excellent customer service skills.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
  • Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
