We’re looking for a reliable and well‑organised Office Support to join a busy training business based in Inverness. This role offers a flexible working pattern within business hours, Monday to Friday, with the company happy to agree a schedule that suits both you and the needs of the business. There will also be a requirement to work additional hours at times to provide holiday cover. This position is offered as maternity cover, with the potential for the role to become permanent in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general admin tasks, including emails and calls
- Organise training calendar and client bookings
- Process online bookings
- Liaise with instructors to coordinate dates and courses
- Prepare course materials in advance
- Input course data for certificate generation
