Driver Hire is recruiting 5 HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for one of the UK's best-known toy retailers based in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
We're offering full-time ongoing work from 1st September through to the New Year, with a variety of shift patterns available to suit different drivers.
Whether you prefer days, nights, tramping or depot-to-depot trunking work, this employer has the opportunities available.

The Role
You'll be delivering goods throughout the UK network and stores, ensuring loads are transported safely, professionally and on time. Duties include:
- Vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Completion of delivery paperwork
- Compliance with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Professional and reliable approach to work
- Good understanding of UK drivers' hours and road transport regulations
Before starting, all successful drivers will complete a short on-site assessment with the client's in-house training team.
Following a successful assessment, you'll be able to start work immediately.
