Job Description Role : Class 2 HIAB Driver Salary : £19.05 per hour Weekly Pay (£17.00ph with accrued holiday pay) Location : Full time, Monday - Friday (expected minimum 40 hours per week) \n We are currently seeking an enthusiastic HGV 2 Class 2 HIAB Driver for a large well know timber merchant to deliver to business and residential customers in and around the north west. \n Class 2 HIAB Driver responsibilities : \n · Securing loads, understanding height restrictions and legal height limits \n · 5-6 drops per day, using HIAB Lorry Loader \n · Driving vehicle responsibly and safely, obeying all traffic laws \n · Daily vehicle checks to ensure procedural compliance \n · Maintaining regular contact with Branch Managers on daily progress \n · Completing paperwork accurately as instructed \n Class 2 HIAB Driver requirements : \n · Experienced HIAB Operator Certificate with REMOTE \n · Cat C Licence (Category C - Class 2) \n · HIAB Certificate - Class 2 HIAB Driver \n · Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card \n · No more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, IN's, TT's) \n · Full UK Driving licence, held for minimum 1 year \n · Able to work to tight deadlines \n Class 2 HIAB Driver Benefits: \n · Company pension \n · Free, On-site parking \n · BACS transfer \n We offer a true, honest, and personal service and you will deal directly with the business owner.
