This role offers ongoing temporary work with flexible shifts and opportunities for temp-to-perm placements.

HIAB Work

We have consistent demand for skilled HIAB drivers across the NR postcode area. Your work will typically involve operating remote or manual brick grabs and hook attachments to safely load and unload materials on construction sites and at residential addresses. You’ll need confidence manoeuvring the crane in restricted areas and a strong focus on safety at all times.

General Responsibilities

  • Carry out safe deliveries and collections
  • Operate HIAB equipment in line with training and site rules
  • Maintain accurate paperwork
  • Follow all site health and safety procedures
  • Keep clear and compliant records of driving and working hours

Requirements

  • Full UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • HIAB certificate
  • Ideally 12 months Class 2 experience
