Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (8 hours per day)

Driver Hire East Kilbride are currently recruiting for a Van Driver on a temp-to-perm basis for our client based in Pollokshaws.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hard-working driver looking to secure a permanent position with a well-established company.
Duties Include:
- Driving a Citroën van delivering paint products to customers across Scotland.
- Delivering heavy paint products, either:
- Palletised stock, which will be unloaded by forklift, or
- Loose stock, which will require manual unloading and carrying into customer premises.
- Routes regularly include:
- Dundee
- Dunbar
- Dumfries
- Dumbarton
- Assisting with warehouse duties when not carrying out deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Maximum 6 penalty points.
- Must be 21 years of age or over for insurance purposes.
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
- Previous van driving and warehouse experience would be beneficial.
- £12.71 per hour
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Weekly pay every Friday through Driver Hire
- Potential for a permanent position after the temporary period
