Full-time Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £26,728.00 per annum (depending on experience)

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 17:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break) / 40h per week

Location: Stalbridge, fully office based

Our Client, a family-run fuel and lubricant distribution business, is currently hiring for a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join their team. You will be required to work Saturday mornings for 3 hours, on a rota basis – this will be paid at an overtime rate.

About the role:

  • 1st line telephone response
  • Answer the telephone to take fuel orders and raise tickets for fuel orders
  • Process orders for Transport to deliver
  • Take payments over the phone and process group orders
  • Direct calls to the relevant departments
  • Transfer tickets to other depots and cover for raising repeat order tickets
  • Regular internal communication and covering other duties as and when required

About you:

  • Experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • Inbound telephone experience (desirable)
  • Good administrative skills and IT literate
  • Highly organised
  • Awareness of data protection principles
  • Willing to learn about the business and progress
  • Able to work under pressure and to prioritise and manage own workload
