Driver Hire Ashford and Tonbridge are looking for a HGV2 ADR tank driver to join our client at Cranbrook.

Requirements to be a LGV Tank Driver:

  • Class 2 (Cat C) licence with CPC and digital tachograph card
  • ADR Tanks licence
  • For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience
  • No more than 6 points on your licence
  • No DD or DR convictions in the last year

Responsibilities of being a Class 2 ADR Driver:

  • Complete multidrop tanker deliveries to farms and commercial premises
  • Ensure deliveries are made to the customer with a high level of customer service as standard
  • Work in a safe, compliant, and professional manner in line with the client's operational planning
  • Some manual handling will be required when securing pipes etc.

  • Plus holiday pay (advanced rates £21.75-32.63)

This role is a seasonal position available from end of August until end March/ beginning April 2027. Driver Hire are able to offer guaranteed hours contracts to ensure you have work in the Summer months and the option to return to this contract next year. This role may suit candidates living in and around Ashford, Hawkhurst, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough, Maidstone, Battle and Hastings.
