We are looking to hire van drivers in preparation for our clients' delivery requirements.
Part time work available, Monday to Friday with the option to work weekends.
Van driver/delivery experience is essential. If you are an experienced Van Driver looking for new temporary work and flexible hours/days, then our team would love to hear from you!
We require van drivers to carry out work for our clients with a real potential to secure permanent employment. Our clients require car hire deliveries, building hire equipment supply deliveries, furniture deliveries, and general delivery work. You will be loading and unloading the vehicles and dropping to clients' premises, so a high level of customer service will be required.
The Van Driver will need:
- Cat-B driving licence.
- Experience of multidrop delivery as a Van Driver.
- Full UK Driving licence, held for 2 years.
The duties of this Van Driver will include:
- Driving company vehicle responsibly and safely, obeying all traffic laws.
Minimum rate of pay of £12.75 per hour (works out at £14.29 per hour inclusive of up front holiday pay) PLUS, regular overtime (£16.58 per hour which is £18.58 per hour when up front holiday pay is added) paid weekly via PAYE. Higher rates of pay for weekend work!
