Driver Hire Carlisle are currently recruiting for multiple HGV Class 2 Driver roles (CAT C) for our well-known and established clients in the Carlisle and surrounding areas. Some exciting opportunities to join locally and nationally recognised haulage companies in the local area.

What We Offer a HGV Class 2 Driver:

  • Potential up to £20.84 PER HOUR PAYE ADV (shift dependant)
  • Weekly earnings c£640-£1250
  • Days and Night Shifts available
  • Average 12 hour shifts
  • Ongoing Requirement
  • Possible Temp-Perm

Key Responsibilities for a HGV Class 2 Driver:

  • General Haulage across the UK with 1-5 drops per shift
  • Accurately complete delivery paperwork in line with company and legal requirements
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety, transport regulations, and working time directives
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Experience & Qualifications for a HGV Class 2 Driver:

  • Valid Class 2 licence, CPC, and Digi Card
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your licence
