We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bromsgrove, taking over a warm, established desk with existing clients and active business .
If you know the fast-paced world of driving recruitment , understand the importance of building a reliable driver pool and enjoy developing strong client relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and brings:
- Experience within driving/logistics recruitment
- Strong client relationship and business development skills
- Confidence speaking with both new and existing clients
- Experience recruiting and managing temporary drivers
- The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-moving recruitment environment
- A proactive, commercial and results-driven approach
This is a great opportunity for an experienced consultant who wants to step into an established warm desk , develop existing relationships and continue growing business across the local transport and logistics market.
You’ll have:
- At least 1 year’s experience working as a recruitment consultant.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and candidate management.
- A proactive, organised and results-driven approach.
- Confidence making outbound calls and developing new relationships.
- The ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer and candidate service.
- A full UK driving licence.
Experience within driving, logistics or industrial recruitment would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
