Driver Hire is recruiting experienced Class 2 HGV HIAB Drivers to support a client based in Bridgwater. This is a non building merchant delivery role. Role
- Delivering bulk supplies to commercial sites
- Operating Class 2 vehicles with HIAB equipment
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service on site
- Supporting the client with day-to-day transport operations
- Completing daily vehicle checks
- Ensuring paperwork and delivery notes are completed accurately
- Representing Driver Hire and our client in a professional manner
- Following all road transport, driver hours and health and safety regulations

Requirements
- A valid Class 2 / Category C licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 1 year’s Class 2 driving experience
- Minimum 1 year’s HIAB experience required for insurance purposes
- HIAB certification preferred
- Good communication and safety awareness
- A reliable, professional and safety-focused approach
- Good knowledge of driver hours and working time regulations
