We’re currently recruiting an experienced 7.5t Driver for a well‑established and rapidly growing company based in Carnforth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable driver seeking long-term, full-time work with the strong possibility of the role becoming permanent.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out local multi-drop deliveries
- Operating a small HIAB crane (experience preferred, but full training can be provided)
- Maintaining safe and compliant driving at all times
- Monday to Friday (when perm) / Tue – Fri during temp period 07:00 – 17:00
Pay options:
- £13.00 per hour (holiday pay accrued separately)
- £14.57 per hour (including holiday pay)
Requirements:
- Must be 25+ (for insurance purposes)
- Valid 7.5t (C1) licence
- Maximum of 6 points – ideally a clean licence
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience highly advantageous
- HIAB experience beneficial but not essential
- Good communication skills and comfortable in a customer‑facing role
- Valid CPC & Tacho
