The predicted salary is between 17 - 19 £ per hour.
We are looking for a HGV Class 2 HIAB driver to work for our clients in Radcliffe and Walkden on a temporary basis. You must have some commercial driving experience and have Hiab experience. If you are unable to work five days per week we are still keen to hear from you as there are always ad hoc requirements to fill and holiday times to cover. Basic salary includes holiday pay – we offer the option to take your holiday pay weekly or to accrue it for time off in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a Class 2 Hiab vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all driving regulations and maintain a valid Category C Licence.
- Load and unload flatbed cargo, securing items properly for safe transport.
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately and maintain records as required.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and communicate effectively with clients.
