Full job description

We’re on the lookout for a skilled, reliable HGV Class 2 Drayman to efficiently and professionally deliver to and collect from their customers across Manchester and surrounding areas.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be physically fit.

Start time at 0700am start time and a job and knock policy where you will be paid a minimum of eight hours, even if you finish within that time, which employees tend to do most days.

  • Due to operational needs this list is not exhaustive and you will be expected to co-operate with any ad-hoc tasks for which you have the skills and training to perform.
  • Bank holiday working is a requirement. With Christmas day being the only exception.
  • Bank holidays are paid at double time, regardless of the hours worked. Plus, a day in lieu.
  • Breaks are paid.
  • Training and uniform will be provided.
  • They also pay a quarterly bonus based on attendance, free from accidents and infringements. Currently worth an extra £1000 per year.
