Role: Class 2 HIAB Driver Salary: £19.05 per hour Weekly Pay (£17.00ph with accrued holiday pay) Location: South Manchester Work Pattern: Full time, Monday – Friday (expected minimum 40 hours per week) We are currently seeking an enthusiastic HGV 2 Class 2 HIAB Driver for a large well know timber merchant to deliver to business and residential customers in and around the north west. Class 2 HIAB Driver responsibilities: · Securing loads, understanding height restrictions and legal height limits · 5-6 drops per day, using HIAB Lorry Loader · Driving vehicle responsibly and safely, obeying all traffic laws · Daily vehicle checks to ensure procedural compliance · Maintaining regular contact with Branch Managers on daily progress · Completing paperwork accurately as instructed Class 2 HIAB Driver requirements: · Experienced HIAB Operator Certificate with REMOTE · Cat C Licence (Category C - Class 2) · HIAB Certificate - Class 2 HIAB Driver · Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card · No more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, IN's, TT's) · Full UK Driving licence, held for minimum 1 year · Able to work to tight deadlines Class 2 HIAB Driver Benefits: · Company pension · Free, On-site parking · BACS transfer We offer a true, honest, and personal service and you will deal directly with the business owner.
