Hours & Working Pattern
- 25 hours per week
- Monday - Friday 9:15am - 2:45pm
- Hybrid working arrangement: Monday & Friday Remote working, Tuesday to Thursday Office based in Oldham
- 30 minutes lunch break each day.

About the Role
You will play an important part in supporting the recruitment team and helping ensure both candidates and clients receive a professional and efficient service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing and placing job adverts
- Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
- Registering candidates and managing onboarding
- Managing candidate availability and bookings
- Maintaining and updating the recruitment database
- Assisting the team with filling client staffing requests
- Recording and tracking key performance indicators
- Processing and managing candidate timesheets
- Managing and updating social media accounts
The role also includes shared out-of-hours operations phone cover (1 in 2 weeks), which is paid in addition to your salary.
