We are currently looking for an experienced Class 2 ADR driver for our customer based in the OL16 postcode. This role is on a 13-week temporary-to-permanent basis.

What we are looking for:

  • Category C entitlement.
  • Full & Valid CPC.
  • Full & Valid Digi card.
  • Full and Valid ADR Card.
  • No more than 6 points on your license.
  • At least 1 year of Class 2 experience (ideally 2).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • ADR experience (Packaging).
  • Experience with tail lifts, curtain side vehicles, pump trucks - manual & electric.
  • Good local knowledge of the road network.
  • Pallet experience would be beneficial.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Driving company vehicle responsibly and safely, obeying all traffic laws.
  • Deliveries to commercial and private addresses.
  • Pallet collections.
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks to ensure procedural compliance.
  • Completing paperwork accurately as instructed.
  • Dealing with customers politely.

Once permanent with the customer (after 13 weeks):

  • Salary is £34,945 PA, paid monthly.
  • Contracted hours are based on an average of 50 hours per week, with start times typically between 06:00 and 08:00.
  • Bonus scheme split into 3 remits of £1,000 each.
