Driver Hire South East London are recruiting for a PART TIME temp to perm delivery driver for our butcher client based within SE24 postcode areas.
PAYE Weekly Pay: £13.69 per hour (including holiday pay)
Type of shifts:
- Multi drop deliveries in and around M25
- Delivering Meat
- Part Time Shifts are mainly during the week, day shifts, Mon, Fri, Sat
- Start times: 5am-2pm
All-round Duties:
- Complete deliveries correctly and efficiently, in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Valid UK CAT B licence for at least 2 years with no more than 3 points (no DR DD TT IN)
- A manual driving licence
- At least 1-year experience as a Cat B (references required)
- Must be comfortable with heavy lifting!
- You must be over the age of 21 years (insurance purposes)
- Physically fit, jobs require heavy lifting
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards
- Ideally someone who will be able to travel on public transport, no free parking available but paid parking is available
