Driver Hire South East London are recruiting for 7.5 tonne Night Multi-drop Delivery Drivers for our Fresh Produce client based within SE postcode areas.
PAYE: £19.00 per hour paid weekly
Shift Times: 23:00pm - 8am (including holiday pay)
Type of shifts: Multi drop delivering fresh produce supplies. Shifts are mainly during the week, Monday to Friday.
All-round Duties:
- Complete deliveries correctly and efficiently, in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid UK CAT C1 licence with experience and checkable references with no more than 6 points (no DR DD TT IN).
- Valid CPCA manual driving licence.
- At least 1-year experience as a 7.5T driver / LGV / HGV (references required).
- You must be over the age of 21 years (insurance purposes).
- Physically fit, as some jobs require lifting and shifting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-Perm
Pay: £16.00 Hourly including holiday pay
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Night Shift, Monday to Friday.
