We are seeking a skilled and reliable HIAB Driver to join our Leicester team. The role involves safely delivering materials and equipment to commercial and residential sites using a lorry-mounted crane.
Key Responsibilities for a Hiab Driver- Safely operate a HIAB vehicle in compliance with all regulations
- Load, transport, and unload goods efficiently
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service at all delivery locations
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence, HIAB licence, CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card
- At least 6 months' experience driving Class 2 vehicles with HIAB
- Good knowledge of the local area and physically able for manual tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Maximum of 6 licence points (no DR, IN, or DD endorsements)
