We are looking for an experienced Foreman who holds both a Class 2 (Category C) licence and a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence to join our busy transport and logistics company based in LE4.
Location: LE4 (Leicester)
Pay: £15.00 per hour
Working Hours:
- Tuesday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising warehouse and yard operations
- Coordinating daily loading and unloading schedules
- Operating a counterbalance forklift when required
- Driving Class 2 vehicles when needed for transport duties
- Managing and supporting warehouse staff
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Liaising with drivers and office staff to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Monitoring stock movement and yard organisation
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Team Leader in a warehouse, yard, or logistics environment
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
- Clean driving licence
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Experience in transport/logistics or warehouse operations
