We are recruiting experienced van drivers for immediate starts across South and West Leeds. You will be working for a variety of reputable clients in multi-drop and delivery roles, with regular heavy lifting involved.
If you have at least 12 months of commercial driving experience and enjoy varied, physical work with great customer interaction, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Multi-drop deliveries across the local region.
- Manual handling and heavy lifting - must be physically fit.
- Loading/unloading goods safely and efficiently.
- Use of ratchet straps and securing loads.
- Following delivery schedules and using PDAs or paper manifests.
- Interacting professionally with clients and customers.
- Minimum 12 months of van driving experience (commercial use).
- Confident in manual handling and comfortable with physical work.
- Valid UK driving licence (Category B) with no more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only).
- Familiarity with PDA devices preferred but not essential.
- Smart, reliable, and strong communication skills.
- Able to start between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends or overtime when available.
- At least 12 months of commercial van driving experience.
- Confidence in handling trade deliveries - often to sites with restricted access.
- Able to use ratchet straps and secure loads safely.
- Familiarity with PDAs or digital delivery systems is a plus.
- A good level of physical fitness - some lifting will be involved.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.
