Driver Hire Leeds West are proud to be partnering several great companies in the Leeds West area who are looking to recruit Class 2 HIAB Drivers to join their team. As a Class 2 Driver with HIAB, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of products to their customers across the country. Your role will involve helping to load the products, transporting them safely and unloading materials using the HIAB crane. We are looking for reliable and professional drivers who take pride in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Due to the locations of some deliveries, nights out may be required; however, a payment will be made to cover sustenance. This is ad-hoc work to cover holidays and sickness; however, that’s not to say a permanent role won’t become available down the line.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 Vehicle with a HIAB Crane Attachment
- Load and unload the products using the HIAB crane.
- Ensure timely delivery of the products to their final destinations.
- Conduct pre and post trip inspections on the vehicle and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any delays or incidents.
- Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 2 driving licence with HIAB Certification.
- Proven experience operating a HIAB crane.
- Valid CPC
- Clean Driving Licence
- Excellent driving record with a focus on safety
- Strong communication skills
