Are you a Class 1 HGV Driver looking for permanent work in Leeds? Are you looking for night work? Do you have at least 6 months experience driving Class 1 HGV Vehicles? If so, Driver Hire Leeds East may have the work for you. We are currently recruiting 2 x Class 1 HGV Drivers for our client based in LS9.
This work is trailer swapping between our client's Leeds depot and our client's Glasgow depot or their Leeds and Kent depots. As this is trailer swap work, there is no handball required.
Salary: 40K per annum - 45 hours per week - Overtime is available, but not compulsory.
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday - Start time between 13:00 - 20:00.
Start date: ASAP – we understand that you may have a notice period to give.
Full training will be provided over a 2 weeks period to ensure you can safely complete the work required.
Requirements:
- CAT C+E UK driving licence entitlement
- Up to date CPC and Tacho
- Minimum 6 months experience driving Class 1 Vehicles
- You must be confident at reversing
- Minimum age 23
- No more than 6 penalty points on licence
- We do not accept any drink or drug offences
