Mobile Plant / Front Load Shovel Driver

- Pay Rate: £14.14 - £15.85 per hour
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Overtime: Available on occasion at time and a half

Are you an experienced Mobile Plant or Front Load Shovel Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with a leading business in the waste sector? We are recruiting for a temp-to-perm position based in Morecambe, with interviews available immediately and an immediate start for the right candidate.
The Role
- Operating mobile plant and/or front load shovels safely and efficiently
- Loading vehicles and processing materials across site
- Maintaining waste stockpiles safely and in line with site procedures
- Sorting and segregating waste materials
- Carrying out general site maintenance and housekeeping duties
- Supporting site operations to ensure a safe and productive workplace
Requirements
- Previous experience operating Mobile Plant and/or Front Load Shovels
- Ability to provide a recent reference covering this experience
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
- Must be over 21 years of age due to commercial insurance requirements
