We are currently seeking a highly experienced HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) Driver to join our clients busy operation in Chessington. This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidate, following a successful 12-week trial period. Due to the nature of the role, previous Class 1 driving experience is essential. Candidates must also complete a driving assessment with the client before starting.

- Safely and professionally deliver medicines as part of a dedicated team.
- Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and work well within a busy and dynamic environment.
- Represent the company positively at all times, respecting colleagues and customers alike.
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 / Cat C+E licence held for at least 2 years
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Punctual, presentable, and reliable
- Willingness to work long hours and occasional Saturdays
- Must be flexible to meet the needs of the role
Pay & Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 05:00 - 16:00
- Every other Saturday: 05:00 start (half day)
- Paid weekly during the trial period
- Standard rate: £18.00/hour (Advance PAYE)
- Overtime (after 40 hours/week): £20.00/hour
- Saturday half-days: paid at overtime rate of £20.00/hour
Additional Wage Information: Once a candidate goes permanent after the trial period, the annual salary will be £44,154.00 per annum + overtime (OT).
