Type of role: 12 week Temp to Perm
Days required & shift pattern: Monday - Friday
Start time: 06:00am / 07:00am
Pay when temp (12 weeks): £14.50ph PAYE (not including holiday pay)
Salary when Permanent: £692.50 per week plus £65.00 per week conduct bonus. Anything over 51.75 hours is paid at £14.75ph.
Working away money: £25 tax free per night meal allowance, £25 taxable per night bonus
Full description of the role:
We are recruiting HGV 2 Tipper Drivers on behalf of our customer where you will be tipping to and from building/construction sites and quarries. There may be some requirement at times to work away from home where accommodation will be provided (not sleeping in vehicle). The role will be driving an 8x4 Tipper.
Skills / qualifications:
- Valid C licence (Class 2)
- Valid Tachograph & CPC
- 1 year Tipper experience preferred but training can be provided to an experienced Class 2 driver
- No more than 6 Points or Major Offences
- Commitment to safety and compliance with company policies and procedures
